Questions, corrections and destination ideas, by email

Write to the editorial desk

We are a small team, and we read what you send. Use this page if you have a question about one of our guides, a correction to report, a destination you would like us to cover, or a note about the site itself. The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected].

What to include so we can help quickly

A short, specific message gets a better answer than a long general one. Before you write, it helps to have a few details ready:

  • The article you are asking about, with its title or web address.
  • Where you plan to travel and in which month, if the question is about a trip.
  • Your passport country, for entry-rule questions. Rules differ by nationality, and we need this to point you in the right direction.
  • What you have already tried or read, including any official pages, so we do not repeat what you know.

Reporting a correction

If something in a guide looks wrong or out of date, tell us the article, the sentence and, if you have it, a link to the official source that says otherwise. We check it, fix the article when you are right, and note the update on the page. Corrections matter most for visa rules, fees and schedules, which change more often than anything else we write about.

Suggesting a destination or topic

Much of what we publish begins with a reader question. Tell us the place, the time of year and the part of planning that has you stuck, whether that is a route, a budget, paperwork, flights or where to stay. We cannot promise to cover every idea, but each one helps us decide what to write next. You can also browse the current sections to see what exists: Destination Guides, Visas & Paperwork and When to Go.

What we can and cannot do

We can point you to the right section, explain how a part of planning works and tell you which official source to check. We cannot book trips, arrange visas, give legal or medical advice, or confirm that an application will be accepted. For those, you will need the relevant embassy, a licensed professional or the service provider directly.

We also do not offer paid placements in our articles. If you represent a travel business, you are welcome to write, but please do not expect us to recommend a product because of a message.

When to expect a reply

We answer messages in the order they arrive, as time allows. We do not promise a response within a set number of hours, and some messages, especially general ones, may not receive a personal reply. If your question is urgent, such as a document needed for imminent travel, contact the official authority directly rather than waiting on us.

Quick questions

Do you give personal itinerary advice?

We can answer short questions about our guides. We do not build custom itineraries.

Is there a phone number?

No. Email is the only channel we monitor.

Can I use your photos or text?

Write to us first with the page and your intended use, and we will tell you what is possible.
